Steps to Take in the Event of Property Damage or Flood Loss:
1. Notify your insurer as soon as possible by telephone or fax using their direct claims reporting line or contact your Seacrest Partners’ representative.
In the event communication services are disrupted and you are unable to contact your representative, contact Susan White, Seacrest’s emergency claims contact, at (912) 604-8453 or susan.white@seacrestpartners.com
2. Provide the following information to the extent possible:
- Name and address of loss location
- Date and time of loss
- Cause of loss
- Detailed list of damage
- Name and phone number of person(s) to contact
- Probable amount of the entire loss
3. Restore fire protection to full operation
4. Protect your property from further loss
5. Take photographs or videos of the damage
6. Report all theft losses to the police, and obtain a police report case number
7. Begin salvage or clean-up immediately
8. Make temporary repairs
