SAVANNAH, Ga. (November 1, 2010)  – - Katie Tidwell has joined Seacrest Partners, Inc. as a senior account executive in the firm’s Employee Benefits Practice.  Ms. Tidwell has more than 20 years experience in the employee benefits field. Prior to joining Seacrest Partners, Ms. Tidwell held positions with Palmer & Cay/Wachovia, The A.I. Group, and most recently Willis Insurance Services in Atlanta.

Ms. Tidwell specializes in evaluating and managing health and welfare plans for mid-size and large group accounts where she evaluates plan options, designs optional funding arrangements and negotiates with insurance underwriters. She has extensive experience in managed care programs, ancillary products, wellness and disease management programs, and employee communications.

Ms. Tidwell is a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and she earned the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) professional designation from the Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania.
